FAST FORWARD
POINTE & FLEXIBILITY
Fast Forward Pointe & Flexibility class can be done in combination with the preceding class or as single class.
The Fast Forward system is a 60 minutes intensive ballet-training starting with an Abdominal Workout and Stamina Barre. This high speed barre non stop is especially for toning and shaping thin thighs, developing speed, power and high(er) legs.
The pointe section is +/- 25 minutes. Students that prefer not to work with pointe shoe's, may strengthen feet by doing this part on regular ballet shoe's. The last part includes a Stretch Programme for flexibility and relaxation.
If you are looking for 120 minutes ballettraining: you should take the regular balletclass followed by the Fast Forward class.
